At Fenix in Espoo, you can find not only the services of a beauty salon and a nail studio, but also a hairdresser and barbersalon.
In our Annankatu location, you will find not only professional cosmetology services but also the Fenix Beauty Academy’s student salon. The prices of student care are conveniently taken into account in the pricelist.

Booking instructions
- The quickest and easiest way to find the most suitable time for you is by using our online booking.
- We highly recommend downloading our app, which makes booking even easier.
- After a successful reservation you will always receive an email confirmation, as well as a reminder by email and text message.
- Our appointment service is available by phone on weekdays from 10 am to 7 pm.
Terms of booking
- Any changes or cancellations of treatment times must be made no later than 24 hours before your booked time.
- For times not used or canceled, we will charge full price of the reserved service added with a 10 € invoicing fee.
- Ignoring the invoice will automatically transfer the invoice to collection.
- Please note that bookings within 24 hours are always binding.
- If you are late for your booked time, you will still be charged the full price of the service.
- In the event of a sudden illness, the time can be transferred once free of charge. The time transferred due to a sudden illness can no longer be transferred or canceled free of charge.
- If the appointment is canceled due to illness less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, we need a medical certificate.

- By registering as our customer, you give us permission to send service messages. You can change your message settings at any time in your customer profile.
Prepairing for the treatment and homecare instructions
- Please be sure to read the preparation instructions well before your appointment. Some of the treatments require preparation in advance so that the result of the treatment would be the best possible.
- Please also pay attention to the home care instructions. We warmly recommend following the home care instructions in order to continue the effects of the achieved treatment result for as long as possible even after the visit to the salon.

Quality control and customer complaints
- We deal with all issues related to quality control only in writing.
- In case of possible complaints, we ask you to primarily contact us via our contact form or by email to [email protected]
- Please attach a written description of your situation to your message, as well as a possible photo/pictures illustrating your situation.
- We will get back to you immediately after discussing your case with the parties involved.

Changing and canceling an appointment
If you have more than 24 hours until your appointment, you can transfer, change or cancel your appointment at any time by logging into your customer account.
Booking an appointment for several people
If you want to make a reservation for more than one person, you can do so via the “lisätietoja” section that appears when booking an appointment.
