As a customer of Fenix Beauty Centre, you can become our loyalty customers. Being our loyalty customer does not commit you to anything and it doesn’t cost you anything. As a loyalty customer your purchases, both services and products, will earn you points in your loyalty account.

As a customer of Fenix Beauty Centre, you can become our loyalty customers. Being our loyalty customer does not commit you to anything and it doesn’t cost you anything. As a loyalty customer your purchases, both services and products, will earn you points in your loyalty account.

As a Fenix loyalty customer, your service and product purchases earn points in your loyalty account.
Once you have accumulated points in your account, you can redeem your points as vouchers. You can use your points to pay for almost all our services.
- You are entitled to our loyalty benefits as soon as you join the loyalty program.
- We offer monthly campaigns to our loyalty customers.
- Our loyalty customers have a permanent -15 % discount for all the Image Skincare -products.
- Your loyalty points are automatically credited to your account when you make purchases.
- The number of points you have accumulated will always appear on your receipt.
- You can use your points for payment at any time.
- By joining our loyalty programme, you are not committing to anything. With this program, all you can do is win.
Earning loyalty points
Our loyalty point accumulate as follows:
- 1 € = 1 point
- 500 points = 10 euro voucher
Loyalty points are accumulated for all normal-priced product and service purchases, excluding the following:
- injection nurse services
- when paying with a well-being benefit (epassi)
- the services of a specialist hairdresser
- permanent make-up and microblading services
- campaign services and products
- ‘trainee-priced services
- student beauty salon product or service purchases
Loyalty points cannot be used to pay for gift card purchases or injection nurse services.
Gift card purchases will always accrue points to the gift card recipient if they choose to join our loyalty program when they pay with their gift card. Therefore, paying with a gift card at Fenix Beauty Centre will earn loyalty points in the same way as other payment methods.
You don't need a loyalty card or any other identification
We don’t want to burden our customers with unnecessary cards in their wallets, which is why our loyalty program works automatically, without cards or other identifiers.
Once we have entered your details into our system, there is no need to do anything else. Your loyalty points are always automatically logged into your loyalty account when you make a payment.
Easy and convenient!
Earn points by recommending us to your friends
You will earn 50 extra points on your loyalty account if a friend comes to us for a treatment for the first time as a new customer based on your recommendation.
Your friend simply needs to tell us the name of the person who gave the recommendation, and we will add 50 points directly to your account.
